My first impression of this product was that the quality of the packaging was good. The box securing the pins is sturdy and I appreciated that the 200 pins were split in half and secured into two separate plastic bags within this box which helps keep the pins from falling out.I have no complaints when it comes to these bobby pins, they do what they are intended to do well and they are good quality with good grip onto hair.As these are metal bobby pins rather than plastic pins I do believe these are priced reasonably at £6.99 (upon this review), as you do get 200 pins which are overall good quality. This is definitely worth considering if you are in the market for some bobby pins.

This little box contains 100 hair grips and 100 U hair pins, i.e. the type that work well with bun doughnuts and up hairdos. What first drew me to them was the fact they have rounded ends to remove any sharpness, though with the hair grips I did still accidentally jab my scalp with the end and it did feel a little sharp. The U shape pins are shorter than others I have but they still did a worthy job of holding my thick hair in place. I put them in a different storage box as the one they come in doesn’t have a divider, and as both types are the same colour I would have got frustrated trying to pick out the ones I need. They seem good value seeing that you do get so many and, if you do keep them in the same box, they are perfect to pop into your bag to carry about.

This is a generous size pack of 200 bobby pins in two styles (100 of each separately wrapped).The two designs seems sturdy and nicely made with a tight grip. Personaly I use the tighter designs but always good to have options.At a current retail price of £5.99 for the pack they seem like good value for the set.

These Bobby pins are of good quality, the finish on them is nice and the ends seem well sealed. using them in your hair they grip well and seem to last and stay in. However we all know they’re easily lost because when you take them out if you’re like me, you don’t take any care and end up losing them. They are great value given that you’re getting 200 for the price. sick of hunting around for Bobby pins buy these.

Excellent little set in a sealable plastic box. 200 grips split across 2 sizes should see this pack easily last for months or alternatively a quantity which would suit a salon.The pins claim to be rust resistant and certainly feel well made, not at all flimsy. The clip on the box is sturdy and closes with a satisfying click. Pitched at a great price so recommended.

What can one say about a box of bobby pins? They work! The pack is split between the closed type that work well on shorter or thinner hairdos, and the U-shaped ones that could be used with long hair, buns or just thicker hair types in general.The design is functional, but effective, and they look good on darker hair colours. Blondes would have to decide if black pins are the look they are going for, I guess.Definitely good value at the current Amazon price (£6) and there are enough pins here to keep your hair in place for many, many months, even if you lose them or throw them away after use.
