This shaver is dangerous!! I sliced 2 fingers trying to remove the trimmer head. My husband finally had to remove it for me, and it was not an easy task for him either. We put the foil head on and guess what it DOESN’T WORK! I have one of these already, and it works great! I wish that I would have read the reviews before making this purchase!! I can’t return it either because I threw away the packaging. I ASSUMED it would be like my other shaver..NOT! So disappointed ☹️

Facial hair removal products usually break really easy but this one is made right. I have the exact same one that I bought years ago and it still works great. I bought this one to keep in my luggage

i love mine so I bought 1 for my daughter. It didn't work so I bought another for her and it didn't work either.

I had one of these for years and it was great. I broke off part of the mesh so ordered a new one. The mesh head wouldn't seat properly so it was useless. Returned for replacement and the replacement has exact same problem. I won't try again!

Takes care of my chin hairs just fine. It IS cheaply made. The battery DOES die quickly after a charge. It IS noisy. Just like other reviewers have noted. However, it does "shave" my chin hairs nicely every few days.

I ordered this in order to try the epilator aspect of it but when I got it charged, it didn’t even work. It did turn on but neither of the shaving heads took ANY hair out
