Good product & customer service
Excellent product & customer service. I ordered this and the original piece didn’t work. It fit the record player but there was an issue with the needle. I requested an exchange, which was promptly shipped to me & works perfectly. Would purchase again in the future if needed.Note: This item is compatible with a Crosley C62 Turntable (Shelf System) — which is what I own.

Works great and easy to install. I can't say its very durable because my last one broke and that's why i bought a new replacement. Will not break with light use. Fragile.
