If you check out the assay they provide, this is the purest MB regarding heavy metals. That said, I wish they would show an updated assay. Thank you. The updated assay was provided, and it's as good as ever!

Stomach ache
Tried it once and got a very bad stomach ache. Don't recommend. If you want to reduce inflammation, try a grounding mat.

I'm not sure if it helps.
I only use 10 drops or less for a big water bottle, but even that gets me lightheaded and feeling weird. I almost feel like I need to lay down. I'm not sure if I'm using it wrong. I also don't know if it helps with memory or cognitive function. I haven't noticed much difference.

Well packaged & sturdy bottle. As with most supplements it's hard to judge effectiveness. This product does show evidence upon exiting the system. It's a little like the surprise one gets after eating good Asparagus and the urine is a shock until remembering consumption.

You’ll feel the difference
I love this stuff. I only put one drop in my water bottle and I feel the difference right away. I don’t take it everyday but maybe 3 days a week. I feel more concentrated on work and can get through more tasks on my list.
