Q: How well does this insole help with relieving severe Metatarsalgia ball of foot pain?

I have metatarsalgia. I work on my feet outdoors in the mountains. I hike in some of the worst conditions. These by far are the best bang for the buck! I'm 6'-0" & weigh 165lbs/ shoe size 11 U.S.A. I have high arches as well. I put these in my work boots & they are fantastic! I've bought the pinnacle plus as well but these seemed to take more abuse for less money. I've looked around for a better insole for less money but it just doesn't exist. It also depends on how far along you are in Metatarsalgia. I think I diagnosed mine pretty quick so these insoles actually fixed my foot 👍. Cheers!

Hello, the wear of the insole is related to the weight and frequency of use. Normally, we recommend replacing it in about 6 months.

Q: is this orthotic true to shoe size, and do they make one for extremely wide feet?

These are true to size, I had no issues fitting into my shoes. I’m not sure if they make extra wide you would have to check their specs.
