Works and have been using for months

I’ve dabbled in a few different brands of shilajit, most particularly the I Am Joy stacks with ormus, which are also legit, but of the five or so different brands I’ve had, I prefer Choq’s the most. I feel an uplift, and sustaining of energy, in a more significant way with Choq than any other I’ve tried. And it’s in pill form. Not a bad price by any means. I will be continuing to buy this brand going forward.

I know "they" say the resin is the best form to use shilajit but if you have ever tried it you know why I am now reviewing a pill form! It smells terrible and doesn't taste much better. These being in pill form solves the nasty smell issue so I will actually use it.Says over 50% fulvic acid which is the important part for health so that is good.Not the strongest but enough to be beneficial in my opinion.

I've been using this product for a long time and I will not use another brand I can definitely see a difference taking this with my energy level

I tried this product and I didn't seem to feel any different. I'm trying the Daily capsules now to see how they work.

I have a shilajit I take daily that I love. I am a firm believer in the benefits. But, that doesn't mean I am not open to exploring different suppliers. So when this one came up I ordered it.My basic litmus test to ordering supplements is if it is made in a GMP facility. GMP facilities test the contents of what goes in the bottle to make sure it matches what is labeled on the bottle. At least in theory. These are made in a GMP facility.The other interesting thing about this shilajit is that it is standardized to 50% fulvic acid, the compound believed to make shilajit do what it do. This is the highest standardization I have seen (although to be fair I have never looked all that hard) and is 10% higher than my current brand.My Current brand calls for 3 pill servings, but I take 2 and that is enough for me. This one calls for 1 pill a day. That one pill a day has a similar serving size as the two I take currently. So, yes, it's a honker of a pill. I have no issues with swallowing it, but if you are sensitive to that kind of thing I would caution you.I have been taking this in lieu of my existing brand for a week and don't feel any different. All the same perceived benefits I get from my current brand are there with this one. And that's the best compliment I can give it.The one thing that would keep me ordering this on a go forward basis would be the cost. On a relative basis it is more expensive than my current shilajit that I am extremely happy with, so this would have to be cheaper than the current $44 for me to take it. My guess is the cost is higher because they have refined it to a higher level of standardization, which means you are likely getting what you are paying for.At any rate, this is a great supplement and I recommend it.
