I've ordered multiple times and I've concluded this product is useful and effective. I had no stomach issues taking it, but I was already used to taking the black seed liquid oil. I was curious about this being the highest concentration available. I started talking one a day this winter and I'm glad I did. Coworkers and friends all around me got sick this winter and spring, but I didn't. I attribute it much to this product. I also see it reduce my glucose levels, as I also wear a continuous glucose monitor. Overall I recommend for a wellness suppliment.

My liver feels better when I use this extract on a regular basis. It has a peppery smell and aftertaste, but it's no bother. I don't sense any cons in this product. My pain levels are almost nil.

This product is very strong, I think my digestive system has too much going on to break it down easily, it made me feel nauseous and my stomach ached.

Ok out of all the black seed oil I’ve ever tried these are the strongest, but be careful you will get heartburn ❤️‍🔥 you have to take them with milk or yogurt I’m serious!I use them for daily immunity support when I work out and game I’m big into health so these check a lot of boxes also wish they made a gummy so far I use a Ethiopian black seed oil blend that does it for me.TRIQUERTA is doing good stuff

I have read about the benefits of BSO. I can’t comment on its effectiveness yet. Took the first capsule this afternoon. I will mention that I swallowed it without water and don’t recommend this. I didn’t get it all the way down and it caused some burning and discomfort. My fault. Be sure to drink a good amount of water when taking this product.

This is one of my favorite supplements! It just helps me with so much. This company definitely makes a high quality product.

DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT.I've been taking black seed oil and diatomaceous earth as 2 separate products for many months - my body responded well specifically to the combination of both. I needed a new BSO product and saw this one so I thought this would be perfect.By the end of the first day that I took it, I felt AWFUL.... I actually thought I was having a serious intestinal issue. I couldn't eat ANYTHING for 24 hours, I could barely move I was so incredibly nauseous. Honestly I have never had that much of an "off" stomach in my life - I threw up a little which helped, but doing anything was rough for a bit.I didn't take any pills or food for 24 hours.The next day I was feeling a tiny bit better so I thought I should get back to my regimen. I took half the normal dose, I think intuitively l thought there was a chance it could have been this product (for no logical reason...). Sure enough, 30 minutes later I instantly starting feeling awful again.I immediately downed a ton of activated charcoal which helped significantly.A few hours later, magically fine again.No other issues.That means it clearly wasn't an intestinal issue, it was 1000% due solely to this product.I actually think something was rancid in it!!!!! Since I am clearly not allergic to ANY of the listed ingredients.That means I paid $30 for this product to literally poison me, and they don't even allow returns/refunds. Amazing.DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT. There are a few other great BSO products, this is NOT one of them.
