**UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER**I’ve taken 2 gummies every day for the last year, and although I raved about them initially with the instant nail growth (which still holds true), I’ve noticed ZERO improvement in my hair and skin. The nails do grow VERY quickly with these, but they’re not stronger nor more resistant to breaking. I tried these gummies for 3 months and haven't noticed any positive effects besides my nails growing faster. I will say the taste of the gummies is quite yummy. I started to develop nausea and this was the only difference in my diet that changed, so be wary of the side effects of sea moss.Update 1.1.25- After my review, the seller reached out for a refund. Although these may not have worked out for me, everyone's body can react differently. It's worth giving it a shot and I appreciate the attentiveness to even offering a refund.

Love these things! It’s almost a sin they’re so tasty like candy, wish I could have more than 2 a day! But I’ve noticed my nails growing, looking forward to seeing full results after a few more weeks. I’ll have to buy more since I gave my other bottle to my mom for both of us to try. Definitely will keep buying if I see some good results, so far so yum tho!!Only negative is I wish the bears weren’t stuck together, it’s hard to get them apart and i have to use a fork to tear and get them out of the bottle, it’s not too much of a hassle. If anything it helps me so I don’t over indulge lol.

I hope that these will be as nutritious for as delicious they taste. The last 2 brands I tried I could hardly stand to chew them but these are great.

I am finishing my second bottle and I have already noticed a difference in my neck and hands. My skin is showing noticeably less crepe. It is definitely helping improve the connective tissue!

I love these things. I took two a day for like a month until I finished them, exactly as directed. As you can see from the picture, I saw massive improvements in my nail health. I think everything else improved as well however it’s harder to tell because there’s other confounding factors when talking about skin or hair. However for nails, I didn’t do anything different, other than take these gummies. Definitely will be continuing supplementing with this. However going forward, I think taking 1 gummy a day would be good for maintenance. No noticeable negative side effects. They also taste great.

Started taking these since it seemed convenient to have a multivitamin and hair supplement in one. I'm used to taking 2 separate supplements. In 3 days I've noticed it upsets my stomach every time I take it and makes my Urine smell strongly and weird. I'll try taking just 1 gummy (serving is 2 gummies) to see if that helps but wouldn't advise choosing these. The flavor wasn't great either. It was just ok, slightly sweet with a floral after taste. Texture was on the stiffer side.
