What a big let down for a 10 year old. Pens have barely any ink. I will be returning if they haven't hit the trash yet.

These were beautiful on the outside but very thin to write with. I think they are .5 or smaller. I personally like .7 or higher so I should have looked at that. Don’t write smoothly. I have to stop and rewrite sometimes.

The colors are very nice and vibrant. The galaxy look is also very nice. Unfortunately, the paint is already starting to flake away on some of the pens so I'm not sure how long the pretty galaxy look will stay.For the most part, the pens write smoothly. I did have some ink flow issues when I started using them at first, but after writing more than a few words that stopped.In my case, there are two pens labeled "light blue." One of the "light blue" pens is actually pink. Thankfully the galaxy print is also pink, so hopefully I can keep track and remember that one is actually pink. Not all the galaxy prints match the colors though. For instance: the black pen has light blue & pink decor. If any of the other caps were wrong, besides the pink one, it would be harder to keep them straight.Some of the pens had loose ends when I first removed the caps. I had to twist the plastic end back on to eliminate the wobble. Some of them still have a slight wobble even after twisting the ends closed.I will probably store them in something else other than the case they came in. It seems almost impossible to get them all laying flat and facing up in the tray, and then when I open it they tend to move around. It seems like a durable case, and the latches are nice, but it would be nicer if there was actually a "slot" or ridges for each pen so they would stay nice and neat.
