This is fairly fast. The screen is really good with nice colors. It came with a screen protector which is nice but I didn't install it. I know this isn't state-of-the-art but for the price this is awesome. I like having the micro-SD slot which I use. I connect to my home network using Wi-Fi. Good deal all around.

Don't expect flagship performance out of this tablet. However, as long as you keep that in mind, and remember to turn off the MAC address randomizer for WI-FI networks you trust, this tablet will perform more than adequately. That thing about the MAC address randomizer is why so many others have been complaining about the poor WI-FI performance of this tablet. It's supposed to be a security feature for public networks, but it is on by default, and causes connection drops as well as reduced network performance. if not for that, this tablet would have received a 5 star review.

I bought this tablet during Prime Day. I was initially going for a Kindle Fire HD 10, but got turned off by it when I found out they are tied down, with unremovable ads. I watched reviews of this tablet, and one of the most notable issues was the intermittent WiFi.I have had constant disconnections from my WiFi and it seems to depend on the app/usage. I would give it one more star, except, I tried contacting Amazon for an exchange, and they sent me to BlackView, I logged a support ticket outlining the wifi issues and a malformation in the screen. That was over a week ago. Blackview never responded, so I am going to say the support is dismal.In any case, considering what I paid for the thing, and the fact that it "does" work if I am patient, I will continue to use it until something else pops up.

I've had many tablets over the years and this is one of the best. Great memory capacity, Android 12 is a very good operating system and the tablet also comes with a case/cover, so you don't have to search for one and pay extra. I would recommend this tablet to anyone shopping for a 10", Android 12.

Broadview is a great company. Their products are high-quality and their customer service is outstanding. I had an issue with a product, and the response from customer service, especially Lona, was almost immediate and offered me information on how to correct the situation. We eventually came to a satisfactory solution. During that time customer support was extremely timely. Instead of waiting several days for a response, Lona replied to my messages within a day. She was very helpful, efficient, and cordial. I highly recommend Broadview and will use them again in the future.

The Tablet ITSELF is GREAT BUT the"Stand" you made for it is GARBAGE!! I'm going to HAVE to BUY thatEDIT - Internet connectivity SUCKS on this thing as well (Speeds are what would be considered to DIALUP by today's standards as MY PHONE with its 4G is A THOUSAND TIMES faster)

Overall I must say I am well pleased with this tablet. What made me decide to order it was the specs that this has. I actually was not looking for a tablet but my old Fire HD 10 was getting old. There were only two issues that I had to contend with: 1. initially it would not recognize the memory card I had been using on the Fire. 2. The speed test for the internet shows roughly half the speed it should. I am not sure if this is an actual problem or not since in actual use it works fine. I like it so much that I've decided to keep it. [UPDATE| After a couple of days I tested it again and now it is reading the correct speed, so great!

Affordable. Durable case. Easy to set up and sync with other Google devices. I'll probably order another after a few months. I want yo make sure of it's longevity.
