Not only did this get rid of the slugs and snails attacking my marigolds, the iron seems to have made them grow massive and bloom like crazy. Really pleased with this product.

I purchased this brand as the Slugs in my garden were stripping my plants every night, it was shocking how much they were getting through.After a couple of days of using these pellets, the damage wasn't as bad. After 2 weeks I seem to be slug free again. They last a couple of weeks before going a little mouldy and wash away. But at least they done the job.It did make me chuckle how precise they were with the quantity to use. 171 pellets per square metre! I didn't count, I just scattered them around and that done the job.

A chunk of our back garden remains in the shade most of the day - making it a haven for slugs and snails.I would prefer not to use pellets of this type. However, I have found nothing else that is as effective. Copper tape was particularly useless!Fortunately, once new plants are established in mid summer, the pellets are no longer necessary and those from early spring have broken down into the soil and disappeared!These pellets seem to be particularly effective.....

Slugs are no linger eating my bedding plants. Also, the pets in the home are not interested in the pellets. Happy gardener.

This product does seem to kill slugs ok. I have noticed that the pellets disintegrated quickly though in even very light showers. So you have to keep replenishing them.
