The media could not be loaded. The water in my toilet tank kept running after I flushed it. I had no choice – I had to pick up the heavy porcelain tank cover and move it to the side so I could jiggle the cover of the opening inside the tank that stops the water from continuously running. I’m still healing from a pulled muscle in my back and when I picked up the heavy tank cover it aggravated my injury. This is the fourth tank cover that I’ve ordered from Amazon to cover the tank temporarily until I can get a plumber. None of the other three worked. Two of them were still too heavy (the description said plastic, but they were heavy ceramic) and one was too long and not high enough - the pump handle kept hitting the tank top when I flushed the toilet - so I had to return all three of them. This cover is made of white polyester fabric with elastic around the edges and, although it won’t be permanent, it does the job perfectly for now. I have to keep reminding myself not to set anything on top of it because, of course, the fabric stretches and doesn’t hold any items that you put on top of it. I have to keep reminding myself not to put my phone on top of the cover. Perfect for my purposes temporarily so you don’t have to view the inner workings of your toilet every time you go into the bathroom. There’s no reason why they should make these tank covers so heavy when you buy it new. For someone with a bad back, it will aggravate your injury trying to move it. Thank you for this common sense temporary solution. Works great for now. You also get three other covers that come in different colors, but I only want the white one.

I have an older toilet that has a cracked tank lid. I was trying to purchase another lid but could not find one. I found these covers and they worked perfectly. I was afraid it may look cheap but they look & fit very good.

It’s actually very small. Looks like a bonnet to go on your head. I stretched it out so it could fit. I normally wash these kinda things but if I do it will get smaller.
