Helpful soles
My wife suffers with pain in her feet so it's been a learning curve. She has tried certain different options but hopefully finally has found the right one.It supports, helps and above all makes my wife able to walk normal again.

Very firm insoles
These insoles are well made, as one would expect from the brand, but I found them much too hard on the soles of my feet.

Not a great update
I’ve used these insoles for some time now due to my issues with plantar fasciitis over the years. For some reason they decided to change the model and now updated it with a hard area exactly where my inner heel needs comfort. After using them for 1 week my feet were constantly in pain and it took me multiple massages and my old I soles to recover. I don't understand why they changed the model, a shame as I’ve been a customer over the years. I’ll need to find another model that mimics what this one used to do.

Give them time
I bought these as was suffering badly with plantar fasciitis. 12 hour shifts on a concrete floor was getting too much and decided to give these a go. I bought some expensive red back boots and removed the insoles and used these instead. First of all these are very uncomfortable and painful to wear and I wondered if I was actually doing more damage but after using for 3 12 hour shifts in a row and putting up with the pain ive just spent the last few days walking around on holiday , using normal trainers without any pain whatsoever. I’m normally crippled on my days off but these have worked wonders. I’m thinking about alternating between these and my normal insoles, to see what happens. Just give them time and hopefully they will work like they did with me .

Good
Good quality insoles, just a little too big for my shoes but they can be folded down.

1. Before usage, make sure the product fits well in the shoe, if necessary, remove the existing insole. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe and if required, trim the end to the desired size following the guidance lines. 2. For some people, pain relief insoles may take time to feel comfortable, so a break in period may be necessary. If needed, build use gradually by wearing the In-Balance® Pain Relief Insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day. Replace if product shows signs of wear or deterioration. 3. If you feel discomfort or irritation discontinue use. If pain, discomfort, or irritation continues, consult a health professional for advice
