Love this frame (Use USB, not app)
NOTE: I cannot comment on the app. I am only using it with uploaded/USB pix (which does not require wifi or internet). The visual is great and the back end offers more flexibility than other "slide show" frames I've seen. My absolutely favorite feature: You can upload files into folders and then select which folder to play. You can also play a slide show in order that you select (for example, you can play pix alphabetically by file name not just date uploaded). It also comes with a remote. I got this on sale for $98 and imo it's a good value at that price. My only "con" (and it's minor) is that the easel arm (to stand the frame up) isn't great. It does not fit perfectly/snugly into the back of the frame. It works fine if you are leaving the frame sit but it has a tendency to fall off when handling the frame to upload pix, etc. Not a big enough deal to remove a star tho.

Great digital picture frame
This frame is great for grandparents! It was easy to set up and share the app with others so multiple people can connect to the frame. The app is easy to work and simple to upload pictures. I like how it turns on when it senses motion and has a chime when new pictures are sent. The image quality is good. Sometimes though the pictures are very zoomed in but you can change the settings for how many pictures are viewed at a time and this sometimes fixes that. My mom has loved this gift to get new pictures of her children and grandchildren!

Great quality
I bought this digital frame to put in my office. It connects to wi-fi and you use an app to send your pictures to the device. It has the option to display pictures one at a time or multiple pictures at once in a collage. You can set the time for when you want the display to come on and turn off. It also comes with a remote to control the device. I also love the black frame with white border. The quality of the pictures displayed is great as well. The only negative is that some of my vertical pictures don’t get fully displayed, like in some pictures I can’t see some people’s head. I wish there was a way to choose the important parts on the picture to be displayed on the screen.

FOR THE WOMAN WITH 4 CHILDREN AND 8 GRANDCHILDREN THIS IS BEYOND PERFECT
Loading pictures is simple, and I can change out the chip so she has different 'seasons' and events. So far we have a general chip with lots of pictures of the kids and grands, then I made her a Christmas chip from all the holiday photos. Next comes 'our life together' chip - and of course a chip of our cats. This is so easy to use - give it as a gift / help the set it up / and they will love you even more.

Beautiful picture but the touch screen has issues
I purchased this frame as a gift. The frames comes with a support leg to create a stand, a power cord w/adapter, and a remote. A comprehensive manual is also included which takes you through the set up.The set up is very straightforward with clear instructions being provided on the screen. Unlike most frames I've worked with in the past year this frame uses a large handheld remote instead of a touch screen to enter all your user information.Once you set up the network connection, you need to download the software to your phone which will allow you to send pictures to the frame. The name of the app is Vphoto and it is available by scanning the QR code provided or by downloading from the app store. Set up takes just a few minutes.Once you have the app downloaded and installed you scan another QR code to connect or bind your phone to the frame. Once this has been successfully done. You can use the vphoto app to select photos from your phone library and send them to the frame.Once they are on the frame, you can use the frame remote to select tools and then Album settings to enter some additional settings into the frame. This includes brightness, language, Slideshow timing, picture sorting, caption on/off and some other details. When you are done, hit the home key to bring you back to the main menu screen. In the main menu screen click on the image to go to the picture storage locations: All, internal, TF card, USB, folder and favorites. If you've downloaded images from your phone, you can select All or internal storage. If you hit ok on the remote the first image on the screen will be highlighted. Hit ok again and the slide show will start. When I started my slide show, I noticed a thin blue line extending horizontally across the screen. It was evident in every picture and menu screens. This was an indication of a small problem with the screen.Additionally, during a slide show, a menu bar with the caption will be displayed at the bottom of the screen and a round picture icon will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. Touching this icon with you finger should bring up more tools for customizing the slideshow: Changes such as: display configuration, pause, delete, zoom, slide transitions, timing and how many pictures show on the screen. On my frame the touch screen did not function. So, I was left with only the default slideshow set up.I tried resetting the frame, reloading the Vphoto software, changing where I touched the screen, how much pressure I exerted and how long I left my finger in contact with no success. So, I returned the frame and within one day, I had a new frame. The new frame had a gorgeous picture without the thin blue line, but the touch screen tools would still not open. The Frame has a beautiful picture and the Vphoto app connects quickly and transfers your images in a short time. You can add users so that friends and family can send images to your frame. However, without the extra tools available using the touch screen, the frame is severely handicapped. This is a shame as the frame has great potential. I cannot recommend this frame.

Great Gift
Got this for my grandson for Xmas. The family’s old home had high ceilings and all the walls were covered with family photos. From the time he could point, he’d sit in his parents’ arms and point to each one and they’d tell him each person’s story. Then he moved to an apartment with his mom and there was no wall space for the gallery.I bought this and loaded it with hundreds of pictures of his family, extended family, and ancestors. His mom says he loves looking at it and she’s so glad she can share the memories with him again. The uploading process is not super intuitive. I am a Boomer who’s more tech-friendly than many of my generation, so I figured it out. However, many of my contemporaries might need to get a millennial to help them the first time.

Pleinement satisfait.
