Bosch 1x Reducing Nozzle (9 mm, Accessories for Heat Guns)

This is advertised as fitting ALL Bosch heat guns- it does not! Tried complaining.. ongoing ..Buyer beware..09.10.23-update-still no joy.I have sent my gun and the reducer back to bosch.They returned a recon gun:This has now been resolved, after sending the gun and reducer back , they were returned fitted together nicely- a VERY tight fit- butIt can be removed and fitted again. Thank you Bosch..

Looking at the Bosch website for UK, part number for this item and for this Gun should read 2609255801. Hope this helps others.

I bought this to go with my" Bosch PHG 600-3 Hot Air Gun " and " Bosch 1609390451 SurfACE Nozzle for Bosch Heat Guns for All Models "I bought the Items together as it said the items are frequently bought together,It says on the packaging of this " Bosch 1609201797 Reduction Nozzle for Bosch Heat Guns All Models " it is compatible with my " Bosch PHG 600-3 Hot Air Gun " aswell !but alas it will not Fit onto the gun, In-fact if you try to force this nozzle onto the heat-gun, It damages the heat-gun.unlike the other nozzle" Bosch 1609390451 SurfACE Nozzle for Bosch Heat Guns for All Models " that fitted, okay to my heat-gun.I cannot imagine i am doing anything wrong if the other nuzzle just goes on.I was using the heat-gun without nozzles until now, I only just tried to use it recently...and it is out of the 30 day return window, The heat-gun works fine without this nozzle, but it a bugger to pay so much for a nozzle that does not work!

I purchased this item to attach to a PHG 600-3 in order to do some plastic welding. The nozzle is too small to fit on this particular heat gun, despite what the operating instructions say. I raised the issue direct with Bosch initially. They were quite helpful and confirmed it does not fit. Hopefully, they will change their documentation and design a nozzle that does fit. I got a refund on the nozzle & welding shoe I had purchased from Amazon. The Heat Gun went back too (didn't get from Amazon - B&Q were cheaper) as I only bought it for welding.

Perform well with the Bosch Welding Shoe (1609201798) and Bosch Heat Gun using Bosch HDPE Welding Rods (1609201807) to repair Kayak.
