So bad it not worth having..even if it was free.
So bad it not worth having nor even as a back up to your back up. NOT compatible with EE 5G SIMs not a 5G hotspotAnd it is SLOW so SLOW......

Waste of money.
This is NOT a 5g unit.There a 5g image on the front of product, which I believe has been added after market.When you take cover off the sticker inside states clearly it's a 4g unit. It's crap and doesn't work. I threw mine in the bin after days of trying to get it to work in my caravan. DONT BUY IT.

Get to know this device!
I bought one of these for a friend who is an electronics engineer. There were two main problems, both eventually overcome. At first, we couldn't understand why we couldn't fit a standard 1.5cm sim. The design appears to be for this size, but is fractionally too small. The correct size sim is 1.2cm 'micro'. This should fit perfectly!Secondly, the battery initially appeared not to be charging, but close inspection of the battery terminals revealed an almost imperceptible piece of plastic insulation stuck over them, presumably for transit regulations. Remove this and - hey presto - perfect charging! Hope this helps and saves you some time 😀

Useless product, which claims be 5g (it's not)Dies completely if not plugged in, yet any other one can be portable and hold a charge. Extremely slow performance, and not worth having even if was offered completely free of charge. AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE

It is not 5G, only 4G
I got this as it said 5G, when i put a 5G sim card into it, The router told me on the screen it was picking up only 4G, we have 5G in the area. but it work Ok with 4G, I had my PC connected to it and my phone and it worked, just slow. had to recharge it after having it on for 8 hour plus. watching films was a little slow as it would spin as it lost connection then reconnected.

It's not 5g
Should of read comments before I bought this, I don't normally write reviews negative but for the price of this and saying blatantly it's 5g should be aloud to sell on Amazon, now the returns are simple but still an inconvenience, stop selling stuff that doesn't actually do what your description shows. It's not 5g at all

Not straight forward
Unable to get any internet connection - the instructions were minuscule & not very informative- failed to get any connectivity so gave up
