House of 8 & Tart Deco
House of 8Notes: Chocolate, Sage, Heliotrope, Vanilla, Iris, Lavender, SandalwoodHouse of 8 is, without a doubt, a standout scent. It’s not your typical sweet, feminine fragrance - it’s unisex and perfectly balances herbaceous depth with just the right amount of chocolatey sweetness. The scent is bold but never overbearing, and it clings to your skin for what feels like forever. On my skin, here’s how it develops:Opening: It kicks off with this incredible combo of pine and floral tones, like standing next to a Christmas tree surrounded by fancy European chocolates.Mid-phase: As it settles, it gets warmer and powdery, with iris, sage, and heliotrope creating this fresh herbal bouquet that reminds me of marzipan.Dry down: Finally, it softens into a cozy base of sandalwood, unsweetened vanilla, dark chocolate, and the sage becomes lighter similar to sage tea. It’s rich, comforting, and lingers for hours - sometimes even till the next day.The bottle may be small, but it’s deceivingly efficient. Just a few spritzes are enough, and it lasts forever, making it an amazing value. This fragrance is like wrapping yourself in a hug made of Christmas memories - walking through snow-dusted forests and later baking dark chocolate pretzels and cozying up in a blanket with sage tea. It’s perfect for cold weather but I wore it in 100°F too and it doesn't become a mess either! House of 8 has a slightly masculine edge that keeps it from being too sweet, powdery or floral. As a woman, I’d say it leans more masculine, but its unisex appeal makes it something anyone could pull off beautifully.Tart DecoNotes: Black Cherry, Rose, Jasmine, Birchwood, Vetiver, VanillaTart Deco is a solid choice for anyone after a long-lasting fragrance that’s also kind to sensitive skin - just like House of 8. But where House of 8 takes you on a whole olfactory journey, Tart Deco sticks to its guns. On my skin, it doesn’t evolve; it’s the same scent from start to finish.I don't smell the leather other reviewers mentioned, it isn't in the scent pyramid either, but I understand the association, smell-wise I would group it with Juliette has a Gun Lipstick Fever. It reminds me of it minus the femininity. Lipstick Fever also doesn't contain leather notes but is supposed to echo the leather of the handbag carried with the lipstick worn.Tart Deco's fragrance is deeply nostalgic for me. The fragrance takes me back to carnivals as a kid. It has this hint of lipstick - the old L'Oreal one sticking around for generations - and the scent of the creamy face paint my aunt used in the ’90s and early 2000s to transform us into lions, butterflies, and whatever else we wanted to be. Sometimes I catch the black cherry note - it’s fruity, not sour or too sweet - while everything else blends together into a warm, comforting scent that reminds me of home and childhood joy.It leans feminine to my nose - maybe a little too cozy and lipsticky for some guys - but it’s still unisex. The more I wear it, the more I adore it. It’s like putting on a princess dress again, face painted, running around carefree in costumes that probably wouldn’t fly these days.Wow, I love Snif!

A joyful citrus celebration
I normally splurge on perfume so my expectations were pretty low. Let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised! The packaging was thoughtful and well done, the bottle is pretty and the lid has a magnet which is a nice detail. You are immediately transported to a sunshine drenched day in August, mimosa in hand. It’s super crisp and summery then fades to a more floral feel.I spritzed it around 9am and it lasted well into the late afternoon. For $65, I’d say that’s pretty impressive.Big fan of citrus circus, it’s the perfect summer everyday perfume. I layered it with dedcool’s “sunlit blooms” and they paired nicely.

Masculine scent
Reading the reviews this sounded like a perfume I would love. It does come in a lovely bottle but the scent is too strong for me and after a short while wearing it the scent takes on a very masculine smell. To me the smell would be considered uni-sex leaning more to the masculine side and would be a good scent for younger people.

I like it
This product is definitely worth the price. I would say it’s unisex but the florals make it slightly more feminine but I can see a man wearing this like myself. Upon first spray I can tell it’s going to last a long time and the smells is light and soft. Bottles is small and easy to travel with.

MY NEW FAVORITE SCENT!!! 10/10
Oh my god I cant even express in words how much I love this scent. I was so scared to order because I've never ordered a perfume online let alone for this price, but I am so glad I did. I have been wanting to find a scent of black cherry that isn't to artificial and isn't overly sweet like most are that I've come across. This scent is very smooth, soft and just over all lovely. I love the fact that its not too sweet that it would come across as too feminine because that was also another thing I wanted in a perfume ( one that could be unisex). I will admit I wish I got a sample of their other scents, because now I'm tempted to see how their other scents are. 10/10 my new favorite scent I absolutely recommend Tart Deco! ^-^
