I went out on a limb here as I was not too sure of this company or their track record with nice pens, I was not disappointed. The rollerball has an excellent weight to it and looks outstanding. It looks and feels like a luxury pen worth more than what you pay for it. The actual writing itself is very smooth and elegant and I would recommend it to anyone who is on the fence with the purchase. They even include a free refill and a microfiber cloth in the box to keep the pen looking outstanding and for when you inevitably run out of ink.The box it came in was top-notch as well and shipping was very fast. Long story short, if you are looking for an affordable luxury pen, look no further. This will check all the boxes!

You may want an EDC pocket pen, but you don't need to look like you're in the Army Rangers. In fact, you'd like the best of both worlds: an EDC pen that looks nice. This one has it, and with several options. I opted for the blue finish. It also solves two of my pet peeves about pens: 1. Most pens stick up out of my shirt pocket because they're too long. This one is very short by comparison and will fit fine. 2. When I'm writing with a lot of pens, the top will fall off while I'm writing, which I hate. This screws in place, so the top/cap will stay on. Beyond all that, it feels good in the hand, writes well, and you get an extra refill. I don't like boring clips; this one is Art Deco and looks great. I like how the logo is on the band and the top of the pen. Unlike most pens, even good ones, you can register it. The manual is emailed to you and is very clear. There are a LOT of refill options, and I can't say I entirely understand the differences. I'd like to try one of their fountain pens, but for everyday use, the rollerball is great. I'd like to know if you can get a ballpoint refill for this pen. Overall, this is an exceptional pen.

Wanted it to be a little shorter when closed. See pics. But it is so pretty and writes so well that I absolutely love it! Top screws on when closed or open. Good weight and barrel feels good when writing.

This is a beautiful pen. You can tell that it is high quality. My only problem is that it is too heavy. If you are planning on using this all day for a lot of writing your hand is sure to get tired. I take a lot of written notes and this just won't work for hours. Great for jotting down quick notes.

I have a lot of high quality pens and quite a collection of everyday pens. This one is just great. The brass is a nice touch, nice weight, writes very smoothly. I like it a lot and recommend it!

Just received my pen today and was not disappointed. The color, the finish, the capturing of the pen cap on the front end and the back end absolutely smooth. This is my first Scriveiner and it will most certainly NOT be my last. Being a pen turner, I appreciate the weight, the balance, the feeling in my hand, and the chrome accents. The packaging was also top notch and puts a lot of other pens in the shade. I love a great writing instrument, and this could get battered and abused, the body scratched, the chrome chipped l, and in the end its still absolutely superb. The ink, a schmidt safety ceramic rollerball, is a great choice for this pen. You need to be a little picky about the paper you use, which I am, and this pen performs above and beyond my expectations. This is an EDC pen...Every Day Carry instrument. It will receive abuse. If you bought it to stay "pretty" don't get this pen. If you buy it for its performance then you're not going to be disappointed.

When I received this fantastic pen I was a little disappointed that on the gold plated shaft was a hairline mark that couldn’t be removed using the polishing cloth provided. Subsequently I purchased a Hegarty Gold polishing cloth from Amazon and this has removed the marks beautifully. The gold plating is very special and together with the substantial weight makes this a great pleasure to use. The ink flows smoothly and dries quickly. The spring loaded refills add to the comfort whilst writing and there is a very good balance to the pen in the hand. The pen comes with a QR code to register via the website which gives you a two year guarantee. It also comes with two medium black refills and spares can be purchased on Amazon. There’s also a spare spring in the box in case you need it. Altogether this design and functionality and overall quality makes this a great gift for anyone who loves writing. It makes a good alternative to a fountain pen and is excellent value for money.
