Being I'm in the beginnings of the big "M", I was looking for an all natural hot flash relief. Well ladies, this product beyond exceeded my expectations. Within 20 minutes of taking supplements I'm hot flash free. Finally getting a much better sleep. I truly cannot recommend this supplement and dr.bo products enough.

I suffer from occasional hot flashes and mood swings. I tried these for a little over one month and they didn’t help me at all. They made me unable to sleep well at night and I was having to get up to go the bathroom much more often than before. I don’t recommend these. I actually feel better now that I have stopped taking them.

This formula really makes a difference for me. I bought it in another brand name which discontinued the formula and got change which made me feel awfully bad. I'm so glad I was able to find the same formula in another Brand I literally was starting to freak out in dealing with all this hormone changes.
