I love these "Frog Clips" for their extreme reliability, and ease of use. The loud click is an absolute guarantee that the buckle is secure and a quick tug assures the connection made won't come undone. The two prong hooks are very well made and stay open until connected onto the desired anchoring point. I personally used these to make my own "30' Recall Training Leash". I have a 75lb GSD/Border Collie Mix that has helped me test out the durability of the "Frog Clips" as well as the durability of my Hand Stiching. Great product for those willing to invest time in the DIY.

In my setup, I'm only using these as a quick release from my training belt. The frog clip attached to the dog is actually rated and is the real deal. Plus my dog doesn't pull on the leash much. That said, they look and function well.If your dog really pulls I would definitely keep an eye on the swivel or spring for the Frog 360 which is pricey but should never fail. With China knock-offs it's a crap shoot.

I ordered these but returned them because they wouldn’t work for what I needed. I plan on reordering because I think I found a way to use them after all. These are very solid clips and that’s why I wanted to use them.

Bought for my dog. I purchased a zip line leash that goes across my backseat of my Jeep. Only problem is that the leash doesn’t have a swivel attachment and my pup spins around enough times going from one window to the other causes him to hang up (not worry, not from his collar but from a tactical harness). So this was a perfect fix. Went on the leash easily and swivels perfectly. It securely attaches to his harness. Love it.
