Great value for the price
Incredible combo. This is a great value considering what you get. Probably best for small time enthusiasts like myself who work on small projects. But I can see a more experienced person make use of this too.

before i got this i used a pencil soldering gun this thing is freaking awesome i love it heats up fast you have total control man why didnt i get one of these a long time ago well worth the money

Great learner gear!
been using it for a few months now, great gear to start to learn! price point is very accessible. heat controlls are easy to use, and the hot air station add extra functionality.

used for over a year and still works well.
I have used this quit a bit for over a year and it still works well. I just wish the soldering iron used a standard connector but it doesn't. So when the iron quits I suspect I will have to shelve the unit. But it still works for now.

Buy elsewhere
The desoldering pump is a waste and gets solder everywhere. It is best to get a desoldering wick. Other than that, it is decent but the degrees might be a little off. I don't know if I would recommend it.
