Mava SportsElbow Brace Compression Sleeve (Pair), for Tendonitis, Tennis, Workouts, Weightlifting, Golfer's Elbow Treatment, and Joint Pain

I ordered the Mava "CrossMax" Elbow Sleeves, size: Large, color: Black & Grey. They are 40% Latex, 10% Spandex, and 50% Nylon. I must admit I was quite the skeptical 59 year old when I ordered this compression sleeve. I couldn't see how it could possibly help with the extreme elbow pain I have endured from tendonitis...but it was a cheap solution so I bought a pair. I've worn these Mava's for exactly one week now, all day long while at work, where I routinely lift objects weighing over 30 pounds. My elbows are 12" around, and I ordered the Large size, which turned out to be perfect. They are tight, but not uncomfortable. I wear them for about 12 hours per day. They have held up just fine. I have not washed them yet, but I will tonight. We'll see how well they stand up to washing and drying. Construction is pretty high quality, which was a surprise. I thought they'd be "cheaper", since they are not expensive. Bottom line: This is a good product, easy to use, comfortable, and my pain has subsided drastically in only one week. I can feel my hand strength improving daily. Finally I feel like there is an end in sight for this horrible tendonitis, which has plagued me for years. I will order another pair and keep them in my vehicle for emergencies.

I dislocated and broke my elbow a year ago and as anyone who’s had that type of injury can tell you, it’s a painful and long lasting injury. I’ve tried some other sleeves and braces and this one works well. It’s not too confining but offers get support. My elbow hurts less while I wear it, so that is good enough for me! This sleeve is also very durable. Definitely worth the money.

My elbows take abuse. I have a pretty physical job loading and unloading trucks and carrying stuff 12 or more hours a day and I lift weights as a hobby. I wear one on my right elbow most of the day. It's very breathable and supportive. My pain has lessened significantly when I wear it. It does pinch my biceps some, but maybe I should've gone a size up. Adjusting the sleeve seems to take care of this issue. They are durable, breathable and accomplish what's advertised as best they can. I've been satisfied.

I'm a 6'2, 242 pound class bench presser, with almost thirty years under the bar. These, without a doubt, are the best elbow compression sleeves I have ever used and I've used just about everything out there. These Mava are better than sleeves costing two to three times the Mava price. I ordered the 'large' (elbow measurement is 13 inches) and they are nice and snug and I can get through seventy-five to ninety minutes of training without them causing any discomfort. IF you lift in a federation that allows sleeves when you bench you could probably drop down to even a 'medium' at, or around, my elbow size comfortably for even greater support and rebound. Big added plus is no elbow pain while benching or doing accessory tricep and bicep work.

Been having elbow pain (ulnar nerve entrapment) for over a year, decided to get a compression sleeve and they worked quite well. Wore them during sleep and exercise, which helped my elbows feel significantly better. It didn't solve my problem but mitigated a lot of pain and allowed for more comfort.This brand, in particular, was fairly comfortable, I haven't tried any other brands to compare it to but it doesn't pinch at the elbow and is fairly tight around my arm, would recommend going a size lower if you're on the edge of the ranges

I bought this for tennis elbow. It really isn’t doing much for it, however it’s made well and does compress.

Soft and easy to put on. Nice and snug. Marks on material to show where elbow goes. Seems to work better than below elbow band did for tennis elbow.

I’ve used many different compression sleeves in my day and these are very nice compression sleeves for the money. They are soft right out of the package and wear correct to size. I’ve only used them in one work out session so far and they didn’t slide up and down my arm. I would recommend these sleeves and I will buy these again as soon as I wear them out.

La compré por una lesión en el codo derecho de hace años que vuelve a surgir al cargar peso, me ayudó bastante a hacer ejercicio con pesas y subir la cantidad de peso que puedo cargar con ese brazo.

El material no es malo si tiene buena calidad el problema es que me quedaron. Un poco chicas, ni modos creo que con el tiempo tal vez estiren un poco más y no me incomode un poco,

Provides good support. My elbow pain has come down significantly. Also helps to do a proper warm up of the elbows as well
