Durable, but may not have enough resistance/
They seem durable, but not sure if the "resistance" is enough, even with the band labelled "heavy". Might have to use two at a time to make certain exercises difficult

Happy that i bought them
Happy that i bought them. Can carry easily whereever i go and exercise my muscles. Even in office you can keep your legs under the table and exercise invisibly!
