ok here's the thing. If you have mold, mycotoxins or anything else that's not healthy, you may be helped with this product. You can't just buy this on your own though. You need to see a doctor about this.

From my research, I also found that this company develop products based on clinical research from universities and other places. Look up Tri-fortify and Penn state. Their website list some of the products they sell that were developed this way and I actual found the clinical results from government website. I'm not sure if I can post the link so just look up Tri-fortify and Penn state and "Oral supplementation with liposomal glutathione elevates body stores of glutathione and markers of immune function"Research Nutritionals have a warehouse in Buellton, California and the company has been around since 2006 per LLC lookup and trademarked in 2019. I bring this up again since one reviewer didn't know where they are made. I like that they provide some kind of certificate of analysis, but I would have preferred they provided the actual test results, instead of just their website results without linking the source of the testing company. An example is the expiration on the bottle shows 6/2025, but their website's product lot lookup shows 01/06/2025. You have to take their word that there was a 3rd party test performed. It's just a concern when you see a discrepancy of the expiration date and missing the GMP certification label... makes you wonder if this supplement is made at a GMP certified facility. The pills are easy to swallow...the bottle was double sealed, and you get a 60 day supply as you need to take 2 pills a day. I haven't had any negative effects. I generally take 1 to 2 stars off because they companies don't provide GMP certifications and/or 3rd party test results. Research Nutritionals does provide a semi COA, but the fact that their products are clinically tested...I feel confident in taking their products and they've been around for close to two decades.Side note: I've asked several supplement vendors to provide certificate of analysis and some do while others don't and in the middle are companies like Researched Nutritionals: they take the 3rd party test results and only provide the customers a redacted summary and remove the 3rd party test company to protect or hide certain information they don't want consumer and competitors to see. I don't particular like this as I prefer to see actual 3rd party test results to ensure they are honest company... I can understand why and then I have to go based on how the supplements have affected by body or based on the ingredients provided.

I have been on it for less than a month so I cannot really give a view one way or the other. I am hoping it helps. I am with a wellness Dr and so far having got to the bottom of why I seem to be experiencing non stop allergy symptoms. We have had the house tested for mold. I have changed the way I eat. I honestly feel like I am pulling strings. In time if it does make a difference I will, update. So far many things I have tried hasn’t touch whatever is going on.

Having taken this, I have noticed my reactions aren't nearly as frequent or even noticeable. It's black seed oil, or black cumin. Great quality. Great benefits. Easy on my stomach. As far as value, I find it expensive in my opinion but that may not be the same for you.It's a good quality supplement.

UPDATE: (3/17/24)Please read my previous update below for the back story. I still feel the same, this product works for MCAS. my daughter has reduced symptoms on this supplement. I stopped giving it to her for 1 week and a half her itchiness came back full blown. I started her back up on it at 2 caps twice a day but I noticed it took longer to work, likely due to being completely off of it for so long. So I do want to say to give it time to work and to stay consistent with it because a lapse will set you back. You will have to start over and give it time to work again. I really wish this supplement was more affordable though, I suspect my daughter might need 2 caps 3 times a day but I can't afford that.UPDATE: IT WORKS!! (2/16/2024)Below is my original review. When I wrote my original Review my daughter had only been on it for 1 week. I forgot to mention that I was only giving her 1 capsule. My daughter has autism and PANS and as such can have negative reactions to supplements like herx reactions. So I always introduce supplements slowly with her. She did 1 capsule a day for 2 weeks then I increased to 2 capsules once a day (which is half the recommended dosing). And after almost 2 weeks of that, she has noticed improvements in her constant itchiness! Others have even remarked that they noticed she is scratching herself less. My daughter scratches herself all the time, literally. If she is awake she is scratching herself. She scratches her head, her face, her neck, torso, stomach, back, legs, arms, underarms... its just all over. Her face is always red and has marks on it from her scratching but now her face looks almost normal! I'm so so happy. I can't believe it! After 7 years of watching my daughter suffer and buying various supplements, we finally have found a helpful supplement! Just today, I increased her to full recommed dose, which is 2 capsules twice a day. I will update again when the bottle finishes.ORIGINAL REVIEW: 2/3/2024Seems like a quality supplement. But to soon to tell. I got these for my 15 year old who has MCAS, which causes her total body itchiness. She's only been on it a week and so far no visible improvements. I like that this Researched Nutritionals HistaQuel has "20x better absorption". It also includes black seed oil and stinging nettle already in it, so I don't have to take those capsules separately when using this. I trust this brand.
