Run a little small, i sized up (I’m typically an m or L in sizing depending on brand and went with L for these). They are super comfy though and the cut is very flattering, doesn’t dig or pinch anywhere

I love these underwear for gym, very stretchy but compressive and holds my tummy and waist in to give a nice seamless shape under my tights.

Very comfortable and breathable. I bought these in the past and repurchased in nude. This time the color was more yellow, which I didn't like as much. I wear them high on my waist, and the sides sometimes twist instead of laying flat. A little annoying, but the softness and breathability of the material makes these caveats worth it.

The sides are not as think as advertised and the threads fell apart after a few washes. Would I buy again, no.
