I'll start with this. If there was anything I might complain about, it is the thermometer sticker they give you for determining the temperature of the water. It doesn't seem to work, but I don't really need it. If I hold the bottle in my hand and the water feels too hot, then it's too hot. When it's the right temperature, it doesn't really feel like anything, since it'll be the same temperature as your hand.They have devices out there with motors and pumps and such. This one simply uses gravity to do the job. The expensive units just cost more (a lot more). These are under $15 bucks, and they come with everything you need except the water. Even the salt is pre-measured, like a drink mix.Distilled water usually costs less than a dollar a gallon, and it's generally easy to find at the store.So, if you're 100% congested and can't breathe, it's a little difficult to get water to flow through, but that's your nose, not the product. If you can get enough of a passage that the water will flow, then it should work fine.My best advice is to resist the urge to rush. You can stop and start it with the button. Take your time, and let the water do the work.

This was easy to use and worked very well. I would suggest watching the product's video on how to use. It kind of freaked me out but was easy to use and worked very well.

I've been using the porcelain neti pot for years and got this when I was traveling and had a bad cold. Blew my mind how well it worked. So much easier, I don't think I will ever go back to the pot.
