I was looking for a new chair for my home office and needed one that was good looking but also affordable. I did my research, read all the reviews, compared with other chairs and bough this one. It was a little of a 'speculative punt' as there are several that are really similar - so that can create confusion and a long 'Wish List'. The item arrived pretty fast from Amazon and was easy enough for me to transport up 2 flights of stairs myself, but I'd really recommend doing this with 2 people. The instructions were easy to read and understand (there is a distinct difference!) and it took me about 25 minutes, end-to-end, to put it together. I am writing this review 24 hours later and so far, so good. Its comfortable, with a range of different positions and it moves freely. Whilst it has a height adjustment, I could have done with it just going that little bit higher than it does (not that I am really tall, I just prefer a higher height), but, other than that, no other complaints as such (and yes, I being REALLY picky here!). Happy with it, especially for the price and it looks like others that are much more highly priced. So, overall, I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for an affordable and comfortable Home Office chair. Hope this helps.

Within a couple of weeks the arm rest cusioning has deflated and in about a year the metal part that connects the seat pan to the chair cylinder has cracked.

Very comfortable and feels solid and well made. Great value for the price. Only one point - if you buy this, please make sure you check in the back of the seat for parts before contacting the seller, like I did! Great service and fast response, but boy, did I feel stupid when they pointed out that there was full page in the instructions telling me to look there!

Good, but arm foam squashes down rather soon- within three weeks, and I weigh 115 stone. It can't be squished back up. I might see if I can re foam it at some point.

Yiou cannot assemble tis on your own so make sure you have at least one other person to help. It's clumsy, heavy, difficult to move and far too plush for an office chair. I absolutelyhate that I let myself order this - and cannot wait to get rid of it for a sleaker, easier to aceess option that fits under my desk.
