A lot cheaper than a lot of menopause management tablets, but seemed to work almost as well - fewer hot flushes. Recommended.

My wife and I went on quite a journey trying to find something to help with her menopause symptoms, and we were quite chuffed when we came across these tablets. The blend of vitamins, minerals and soy isoflavones caught our eye, as they're meant to help with hot flushes, night sweats and those pesky hormonal changes.She's been taking them religiously, and whilst it's a bit early to call them a miracle cure, she's noticed her brain fog lifting a bit and she's not as knackered as she used to be. I'm really pleased with the quality of what's gone into them, and thankfully she hasn't had any dodgy side effects so far.The tablets are rather on the large side, but you can split them quite easily if you're struggling to get them down. As with any supplements, it's a bit tricky to say exactly what's doing what, but she reckons they're doing her some good and she's keen to keep at it to see if things improve even more over time.I must say, I'm quite impressed with their environmentally conscious packaging - it shows they're not just focused on the product itself but are thinking about the bigger picture. It's refreshing to see a company making responsible choices like that.

This 2 x pack of supplements offers a two-month supply, as you only need to take one tablet a day. The tablet itself is quite large, and swallowing it wasn’t easy, but thankfully, it didn’t leave any lingering aftertaste. I’m very interested in trying products that might help with my perimenopause symptoms, such as poor sleep quality, hot flashes, and fatigue, in hopes of easing the transition.However, after taking the supplement for over two weeks, I can’t say I’ve noticed any significant changes or improvements yet. I haven’t felt a noticeable difference in my symptoms, but I plan to continue taking it to finish the two-month supply, as I’m hopeful that I might start noticing results later on. I’ll update my review if anything changes. All I can say for now is it doesn't cause any discomfortable or irritation taking it.

I got these because they are supposed to help with the effects of the menopause.I don't have very extreme specific I do feel that there are changes in me that I would rather I didn't have.It's difficult to know if herbal remedies are helping because they are not like taking a painkiller and the pain goes away, they are something that you have to take regularly and you don't know if the symptoms have been eased by the meds or have they eased by themselves, and would the symptoms have been worse if you weren't taking the needs.Having said all that, I took these on a regular basis and while I haven't returned to being how was before my 40's my symptoms have worsened so I'll take this as a positive.They are easy to take and don't leave an aftertaste.The boxes where damaged on arrival, there's no way to know if that was done in transit or while in storage, the contents however weren't damaged and the tablets were sealed in a blister pack.

Massive tablets, which seemed scary to swallow, but I did feel the difference after a week or so. I have already gone through the menopause and need specific vitamins and some energy.Recently had a bone density scan and was pleased to say it was good, maybe taking these for 2 months helped keep my bones in good shape.Good price for 2-month supplies. Hair and nails seemed to get healthier, too.The only thing I wasn't keen on was how big they were, I find it difficult to swallow some tablets because of size.

These are a really well thought out blend of vitamins etc. I have been trying to naturally support my hormones and intake plenty of soy etc, but I like having these for that extra support. I have found supplementing with these here and there if I know I haven't eaten particularly well for a couple of days really makes all the difference, although the recommended approach is to take them continually. No side effects to report and easy to take.

Two boxes of 30 tablets each, that come in blister packs. The tablets are fairly large, but I've had larger and they easy to swallow.I can't say if they're doing anything .. I've only been taking for a short time and I'm still getting hot flushes, etc, but I am feeling a bit more "with it" which could be either as a result of these, or the fact that the sun is finally starting to shine!As far as I can tell, I've not had any adverse reaction to them.
