Great quality leather, this is genuine real leather.The papers are also great quality deckle edge paperI bought this for me and now my wife wants one too so I have ordered her one too

Hand made artisan product made out of genuine materials
Cover is made of real leather. Pages are hand made, have uneven edges like worn off book, have authentic smell of old damp paper. I absolutely recommend this product to anyone who wants to have unique notebook or diary. Leather cover is thick and promises durability. Paper is handmade so if you write using fountain pen you will get bit of bleeding but this is expected with this paper. I absolutely love this product.It IS NOT a cheap, fake product - It looks and feels really well. Highly recommended.

Lovely and Exactly As Advertised!
The cover is lovely, the green color is true and doesn't rub off, and the cover doesn't have that terrible "tanned leather smell". The enclosure has a lovely key anchor (no lock though). It gives the item a ceremonial feeling, and has become a great part of slowing me down and transitioning me from life to my focused joy of writing.The paper looks and feels aged, is of good quality (thick) and accepts ball point and India ink for calligraphy. Definitely, amazing value for the money. Thank you!

Genuinely worth it
I ordered this journal and it is by far the nicest journal i’ve ever owned. I love a classic leather cover but let me tell you, the craftmanship is an absolute delight. It is beautifully presented. The pages are thick and strong and it is very pleasant to write on (no bleeding through the pages either). Whether you are searching for a centimental piece or just thinking of an impulse buy, your money is well spent here.

Delighted with this good quality leather journal.. Looks expensive- heavy & the ages paper really adds to the charm. Loved the key lock too.. would have been better to come in a fabric dust bag (like a smaller one I bought) rather than the plastic bag - otherwise very happy
