Using this book to work through "some garbage in my head". The layout is EXACTLY what I was looking (and hoping) for. Very useful to jot down little tid-bits throughout the day or to reflect a little deeper and compose.

This journal has lots of space for everything you need to record about weight loss! It is a daily journal much better than the weekly petite journal which doesn't have enough space. I love it. It was a great price too, better than the Erin Condren website.

I love Erin Condren products. This is the 5th one of her books I have gotten and this one is my favorite. With it being spiral bound makes it easier to have open. Lots of easy to fill in pages for all sorts of tracking.
