Had previously been skeptical of these sorts of supplements but one or two a day has helped with energy levels at work where I was suffering from headaches and cramps when running when doing intermittent fasting to try and lose weight.Tried the electrolytes as a supplement recommendation from my personal trainer. Found these to be relatively small and nice and easy to swallow, and did not give me an upset stomach like some other supplement pills have when taken on an empty stomach. Pills did not break or dissolve too quickly which I've had with some other pills like paracetamol. Long-lasting shelf life (my pack was almost 2years to expiry) so will most likely still be in date even if you have breaks from exercising. Will be back for more after my first pot runs out which arrived mid August.

I typically train 3 - 4 times a week and use a multitude of supplements in order to maximise my endurance during my workouts. I've started taking two of these Electrolytes about 30 minutes before working out with a protein shake, and I've been able to a notice a considerable improvement in my workout energy levels. I was previously hitting 'the wall' 40-45 minutes into my workout routine, but with these electrolytes I've felt more energetic and less-fatigued than usual. They've really made a change to my workout experience. I would recommend this supplement to anyone who wants to fight the workout fatigue, and get that last rep out and feel like a king. It's done me a world of good. 5/5 would buy again.

Having had these recommended to me by a friend I can say that I am pleasantly surprised by how much they have really helped with how I am recovering after a gym session and weekend park runs. Very easy to read label as well and unlike others I have tried before they don’t have a strange after taste.

Great product for replenishing electrolytes after intense exercise but also used as a pre-workout especially in the hot weather 120 tablets in a bottle - will last ages so great value. No carbs so even gave some to a mate doing Keto

Usually use powder or soluble tablets and decided to try this for a change. Don't feel anything after taking 1 or 2. Switching back to powder.

Go to the gym 3/4 times a week and sweat a lot! Have really noticed the difference since taking these how much quicker I recover and gain energy back a lot quicker than before.
