Thin and sturdy, adheres well.
This is a very nice product. They describe it as light weight, but I think that could be a confusing description. It’s light in that it’s thin and doesn’t weigh a lot, but it’s very stiff and sturdy. They call it fleece but it doesn’t really seem like fleece which I think of as being thick and soft. This puts me in mind of tightly compressed felt. I think it’s suitable for things that you’d need to add some firm stability to, like wallets and totes, but I wouldn’t use this for clothing or quilting.I tested the fusibility by trying to iron it to a piece of quilting cotton. It didn’t come with any instructions, but I’ve used similar products before, so I did it in the usual way and pressed it with a damp pressing cloth. At first, I was disappointed because it didn’t seem to work at all. I tried a hotter iron and held it firmly for a longer amount of time. I then let it cool completely before I checked to see if it would separate, and at that time it was fused so well that I couldn’t pull the two apart without tearing the interfacing. I think the dotted fusible back just needs extra heat and some firm pressure to get it to soften enough to adhere to the fabric.

78 inch’s of Thick Fleece Fusable Interfacing
This is a very Generous amount of fuse-able interfacing. It’s Thicker than I would have ordered otherwise, but a very good value for the price. I had planned in using it for collars and facings but it’s too thick for that. It would be good for heavy duty strengthening of corners and seams especially for industrial sewing like tents or canvas bags. I’m no sure of the fabric content since it wasn’t listed for laundering. I give this product 4 stars for quantity, value for the price, durability for use, and size.

Terrific!
I am so happy to have gotten this fusible interfacing. Over the years, I have had to skip making so many projects or to have to find substitutes for different notions as I didn't have the money for them, or I had to drive over 40 miles round trip to get it after my 'local' craft store (30 mile round trip) closed around 20 years ago. I live in the part of the country that having snow on the ground for 5-6 months isn't unusual and I don't like driving in it just to get one thing, especially since walking into a craft store means I lose my mind and end up getting more than what I planned on or can afford. I have wanted this type of batting over the years and I am happy to now have it. So now that I have this, I know that when I need it it is here. I don't want to starting anymore projects currently because I have 6 quilts to finish plus some other things that I need to work on to review them. This fusible fleece interfacing, is lightweight so should be good for making tote bags, wall hangings that don't need a thick batting, and other small pieces that need some thickness to them but not a whole lot. I have frames for making some purses like those shown in the listing. If I can find the time once I ever get the quilts done to make some really pretty purses with the frames and this batting. They would be excellent Christmas gifts for my DIL and friends.I appreciate the opportunity to try out this batting. Thank you.

Fusible batting for crafts!
I am about to embark on making some self-binding placemats and can't wait to use this fusible batting for the one side to add sturdiness to the design. Having the ability to fuse the batting to the fabric using an iron is a great way to not have to pin, glue or hold the batting in place. This purchase came with plenty of material for a reasonable price. Recommend this product for a number of sewing or craft projects needing extra stiffness for the design.

Thicker than expected
Thicker than I expected but definitely solid. Make sure you do a test patch - I had to bond it slightly longer than I thought I would. I like the ease of being able to fuse my fabric to it before I sew so I don’t have to use and bend pins

Nice stabilizer or interface
Will use this to make quilted bags. It really gives them the structure they need to be a descent tote bag. It is easy to use as you just iron it on with a damp cloth and then it’s very easy to sew on.
