Amazing!!
I recently purchased this journal and I love it!!! I really like the look, the cover and pages of good quality & ascetically pleasing. I was very impressed by the daily journal prompts and find using it very exciting. The content of the book is terrific as it is educational and has lots of wellness practices such as meditation and breathing exercises. The wellness tips and challenges are very practical and can be applied in the real world.

Best Guided Journal I have found!
I have purchased atleast 4 other guided journals and I have to say this is the best one honestly. The others are boring and repetitive. I found this journal to be thoughtfully inviting, thought invoking, and honestly fun to write in. As someone that is just starting to journal I find this journal super helpful and easy while also making me stop to think about current aspects of my life. I love the construction of the book. It feels nice and sturdy. The paper weight is a nice thickness. If you are someone that journal or someone just starting I would recommend this journal to you. It is a great price especially when compared to other guided journals. It would absolutely buy this again and as a gift for others.

If you’re looking for a guided daily journal, this one may be it
Physically, it’s very well-made. A good size, quality paper, and the cover has a nice cloth like feel. Inside the pages are well laid out with plenty of room to write and reflect. The positive prompts are helpful and for anyone looking for some journal guidance, I think this will help you. I would recommend it for those seeking to enrich their life on a daily basis through writing and reflection.

Cute but Dirty
I like the layout of the journal and most of the prompts, but my journal was dirty and stained upon arrival, which sucks but isn’t worth going through a return.

So glad they made a 6 month version!!
I recently purchased Liberate's 90 day journal (which I love), so when I saw they came out with a 6 month journal, I purchased it for my sister-in-law. I really like the new look of the journal -- the cover and pages feel quality & it is pretty enough to leave out on your desk. My SIL was just as excited about the daily journal prompts (a different one each day!) as I was -- she said she actually looks forward to sitting down to journal now, and hasn't gotten bored.This 6 month version has some added content that I love -- there are a whole bunch of easy to understand educational pages about wellness practices (meditation, breathing exercises, etc.) and this version goes deeper into Liberate's "mental muscles," like gratitude and courage. The wellness tips and challenges in the journal are also an awesome bonus and help me practice "mental fitness" in the real world. And the check in pages throughout the journal are an awesome way to reflect on how my mental fitness is progressing. I am definitely buying this journal for myself for 2024, and getting both of my other SILs their own for the holidays! Love love love.
