Good value for price
The packaging was slightly damaged, but it was refurbished so I don’t mind. Over all this is a great deal for the price. The specs are great for what you pay. It’s sleek, compact, lightweight and easy to store. Initial set up only took around 30-40 minutes from start (I like to customize everything, but if you just want to up and go it’s very user intuitive. Seems to run quickly and the battery lasts fairly well

Sooo slow!
For the price I was not expecting lightning fast speed, but this computer runs so slowly it might as well be running on dial-up internet. Even if I only have chrome running, it is almost unusably slow.

Very slow and feels cheaply made and is NOT a touch screen
I bought this for my daughter for school and she ended up using the school provided computer. Had this in the box for a few months and just started using it two weeks ago. This is already really slow and glitchy- all the software is up to date and I’ve only used it for creating word docs so no viruses. The keyboard is a weird size and you have to really push the keys. Feels cheaply made. I missed the return window but definitely would not have kept this for myself. It could have worked for a kids school computer due to the price but I wish I would have gotten something else. Also this is NOT a touch screen.

You get what you pay for
I've had this laptop for a few months and purchased it to replace a much more expensive HP laptop that stopped working after having it for only 7 months. Funny thing I tend to be very careful with items in general and decided to buy a cheaper laptop just to get me through. When I open the laptop, it takes a longer time to get to the desired page, it shuts down on me almost every single time I use it and the battery drains fairly quickly. There are other issues but what's the point?
