Brilliant
This is a really useful addition to the Atlas 150. Perfect spaghetti first time.Pasta dough needs to be rolled/thinned to setting 4 on the smoothing rollers. Make sure that your dough is well floured before cutting (ensures that the strands remain separate) and that you have a stand to hold the pasta until ready to cook. Cook in fast boiling salted water. Check at 2 mins. It cooks quickly.For best results refer to Marcato's guide which tells you how thick the pasta needs to be for each pasta shape/attachment. Professional but size an issue
Very professional but it cuts the spaghetti thin. It is more like linguine rather than spaghetti which is a bit disappointing.

leichte Handhabung
Dank des Motors ist die Handhabung einfach, da man beide Hände frei hat, um den Teig in die Maschine einzulegen und unten wieder heraus zu nehmen. Die Betriebsanleitung ist knapp gehalten - unterstützend findet man von der Firma jedoch sehr gute You-Tube-Videos.

Leider ist der Spaghettisufsatz nicht wie erwartet. Die Spaghetti kleben leider zusammen das rs eher Bandnudeln werden. Sehr schade. A
