Taste Not great but when it kicks in, W😮W Does it transform you. More energy, more stamina, less inflammation. Frankly I was stunned. It can’t be this Shilatjit. So I skipped one day; then tried again. This brand is potent. When I need the extra energy at work on my feet 12hours at the hospital, this makes it easier. I take it in the morning before work. When I forget I notice the difference. So now I take it with me now. Best brand I have used so far.

Good,Quality one of the best on the market good flavour very similar taste to marmite so if you like that you will enjoy, I take mine in black coffee. Helps me think clearly helps with my energy levels, good value for money and easy to use & comes with a metal dispenser

Flavour and quality of Shilajit is excellent - felt really well for several hours after putting a small piece in warm water. Strongly recommend and would buy this product again!

Awful not like the other brands tastes like tar resin out of a bong

Been taking over 2 weeks now and starting to feel more energetic. Definitely feel different. Also doesn’t taste bad when mixed with water. Will continue with this brand moving forward

I've been taking shilajit, various pot sizes and various brands, but this little firecracker is the best I've tried for a long while. Good, thick and sticky, it's definitely a pick-you-up and feel good product that I thoroughly recommend. Yes, the pot is small but the health benefits large. I feel healthy and look forward to each day, and this, I believe, could be because shilajit is working its magic and with subtlety, working wonders for me as a general tonic. Also, I used to drink a lot of alcohol. These days, I don;t feel that I need to consider it. With shilajit and a couple of other carefully selected supplements of the healthy kind, all is well. I hope it works for you too. I have a feeling that after 3 weeks, you'll feel like a different person, hope so anyway. Just a pea sized amount each day. I don't mind the taste of it, just pop it onto my tongue and suck., You may prefer to make a drink out of it with honey or something to mask the taste, if you find it to be unpleasant,.Bye for now!

I've only tried 1 other brand, but this is so much denser/thicker than that brand.The other one I tried sent wooden servers, this one comes with a metal spoon.It arrived today so will let you know 8n a couple of weeks how it goes but so far, quality is good 👌
