I enjoy walking, but have pain due to an old knee injury. This insole was the right size and about the right softness.

Not much useful as it is made of only foam
It purely made up of foam and didnot even survived for 1 month when used for a 11 yr old child. It was neither cost effective nor it provided any arch support or pain relief.

The product is not worth beyond Rs.100 for 2 pairs. Nothing special about this. You can get it for Rs.50 a pair from local cobbler
