I think these are refilled...and recycled...
I have had two of these felt pens, leak all over, and stain a very nice table, shirt, and it takes about 3 days to get off your hand. I Don't think that these pens are NEW from PaperMate. They are somehow refilled, then sold. I have never had a PaperMate Pen, fail, and leak like these pens do. Not all of them do it...but too many for my experience to be a great/good rating.
