Versatile & Necessary Outdoor Piece of Gear!
Perhaps the most versatile waterproof backpack I have found. Terrific while kayaking in the Galapagos. Filled it with a lot of valuable gear such as camera etc. …in the water…oops….no problem. It floats ….Plenty of space for small laptop or large iPad. Good investment.

Incredibly nice pack
I ended up returning this because the trip i had planned got canceled. BUT, this is a fantastic pack and I'll be buying it again when im able to reschedule the trip. Much more comfortable than most other waterproof packs over tried.

Great backpack but flaw for bigger/taller guys that need to wear for a long time
I’m a boat captain in Maui off Ka’anapali Beach and sometimes I have to swim 200 yards off shore to get the boat. This back pack is perfect for wearing while I swim and it keeps all my stuff dry. I also love the zipper compared to the rolling water proof backpack I used for years and years. Now the flaw, the backpack is not very comfortable to wear over a long period of time. Maybe everyone doesn’t feel this way but I’m sure bigger/taller guys do. I’m 6’4” and I wear this bag for a long time because I wear it on my 40 minute ride to work on my motorcycle every day I work and I’ve found the straps to be thin and not very big for taller guys back. I compared the straps to my very comfy roll up backpack and where the straps connect to the top of the backpack and the bottom of it are further apart. The strap on the backpack needs to be longer at the sew points. When I loosen the straps, that’s not comfortable, (feels like grade school when sagging backpack was cool) So I try to tighten it to where it fits nicely on my back but since the straps’ sew points are too close together, it feels like it’s squeezing my arms. Hopefully on their next bag, the sew points won’t be so close together like a child’s backpack. I attached pictures to show exactly what I mean.I also attached another picture of what I feel makes the roll up back pack very comfortable, the shoulder extension straps. Maybe Breakwater doesn’t have any newer models to replace their current. But hopefully one day, they do.Edit: the zipper broke (small kine), and breakwater was happy and fast to get started to send me a replacement.

Most definitely waterproof
Got this pack primarily for paddle boarding and it has been awesome. Got it packed out for the day and first thing I did after checking that it was zipped properly was to chuck it into the lake… because why not? Nothing got wet and it floats. It is very versatile and abrasion resistant. This past week I’ve had it out on a day trip on lake Mead for a 15 mile paddle and out one the Colorado river for another 17 mile paddle. Did everything I asked it to. Also used it as a day pack to climb at Red Rock Canyon more than once. Has taken a beating and still looks like new. Only thing that made me mad was having a beverage in the main compartment explode and have no idea because nothing will ever leak out. On a positive note to that, it is super easy to clean out. Well worth the money and even got some skeptical friends to get one as well. I bought a cheaper bag prior to this and it only lasted opening the package.

Perfect Waterproof Backpack for my Cameras!!!
I'm absolutely thrilled with my new waterproof backpack! As a photographer, I've had my fair share of close calls with rain and water damage. But this backpack has been a total game-changer. I've submerged it in water, worn it in torrential downpours, and even used it as a makeshift flotation device (just kidding, but it's that buoyant!) - and my gear has stayed bone-dry every time. The material is incredibly durable, and the sealing system is top-notch. I've packed my cameras, lenses, and accessories with confidence, knowing they'll be safe from the elements. The backpack itself is comfortable to wear, with padded straps and a sleek design that doesn't scream "waterproof" (in a good way).Pros:- Truly waterproof (not just water-resistant!)- Durable material and construction- Comfortable to wear- Keeps gear dry in extreme conditionsCons:- None (seriously, I'm struggling to think of any!)This backpack has given me the freedom to shoot in any weather, without worrying about my gear. Rainy days are no longer a concern - in fact, they're now an opportunity to capture unique shots without stress. If you're a fellow photographer or just someone who loves the outdoors, do yourself a favor and invest in this amazing waterproof backpack. Your gear (and you) will thank you!

So Far So Good.
My job has me on the road one to two weeks at a time and this backpack fully meets and exceeds my needs. Don’t have to worry about anything coming in or out of my pack. Zippers are a bit hard as should be expected from a waterproof pack like this but nothing that can’t be handled. With daily use they seem to get a bit smoother opening and closing. Would definitely recommend and buy again if i had to. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives with this pack. Very good looking as well as I’ve gotten quite a few compliments/where did you buy it questions. Stop thinking about it and get it

Seems like a good bag.
Just got it in today, but everything seems to be as described. Going to see how well it holds up on an Alaskan fishing trip in August. Will update this review post trip.
