Nice and neat water filter. Got the 6L and it’s not too big, not too small. Fluoride removal included in a filter I’ve been waiting a long time for too. Tastes fantastic and the level meter is the icing on the cake, having had one before and always wondering how much is left. Basically good price, good product. Thumbs up :)

I set this water filter up and left it to filter, and discovered that water leaked from the base of the glass tube on the sight glass. I contacted Amazon to try to replace the sight glass but in the end had to return the whole water filter and order a new one. when the new one came, it did exactly the same, only worse. Before sending it back my husband took the sight glass apart and discovered the remains of an old perished seal at the bottom, despite there being a new seal in the glass. he cleaned it all out and put it together again, and it works perfectly. the old bits of seal were preventing it from sealing properly and therefore leaking.So now it's great, I'm glad I bought it, but I'm also glad I have a husband who knew how to investigate and fix it.

Very easy to set up. The filter is great and the water tastes much better. Very functional for every day use.

unfortunatly one off the filter elements was broken on arrival, no other damage so it was presumably broken before it left the factory. am returning the item and awaiting a refund.otherwise every thing appeared to be good quality so will probably order another after refund is sorted

I'm in the UK and the tap water has been getting worse and worse so that we were drinking more mineral water! With a recent announcement that EVEN MORE Fluoride was going to be added we decided after quite a bit of research to look for a good water filter, but I didn't want a complicated electrical device with lots to go wrong!This simple gravity filter has been fabulous, and the taste of the water is now perfectly clean. It really is nice to know we're no longer drinking the chemical soup coming out of the taps!!

We have not the water , this product is great , looks nice on the counter top , fill it up in a few hours fresh clean water great taste, once you get used to the routine of filling before bed it is fantastic
