Belt Hair, Nail, and Skin Bariatric (Gastric Bypass, Sleeve Gastrectomy) Multivitamin and Multimineral Tables - No Flavor - 1 Month Supply

I am really trying to stay healthy and always look for ways to enhance my health. I saw these vitamins and knew that this was exactly what I was looking for. These vitamins are really good for my hair, nails and skin. Because they are a multivitamin I don’t need to take multiple supplements to get everything I need. This vitamin has many benefits, seems to help me maintain my health and I plan to buy more because of my level of satisfaction.

As with any Bariatric - hair loss is a big issue. I ordered the Belt Hair, Nail, and Skin Bariatric Multivitamin and Multimineral in hopes that I would see less hair loss and stronger nails. Ive been taking it for about 3 weeks so far and I have seen a difference in the amount of hair I lose. I still am losing hair but not clumps as I was before. I also see a little difference in my nails - they seem stronger and less brittle. I call this a win and will be ordering more for sure! Highly Recommend.

There is not a noticeable change in my nails, which are very brittle and crack due to my psoriasis. These vitamins are not super easy to take because they are bigger than I expected them to be and rather oddly shaped. That being said, I'm going to keep taking them to see if/when they make a difference in my nail strength.

These multivitamins have most of the typical amd some unique vitamins and herbal supplements to promote healthy hair, skin, and nails. While I don't think I prefer these nor are they a better value to alternatives that are typically in those pink capsules, these are plenty good themselves. I like that you only need to take 1 pill, which I find to be a totally normal size even though it's a bit short and stubby. The pill has no bad taste, and is smooth to the surface, so it slides down no problem.

This capsule is definitely worth the money you pay, it is easy to swallow. There is no bad flavor.

I can never really notice a difference in vitamins and if they're helping me or not, but I do feel as if these did help a bit along with other things, I was doing to help my hair. I feel as if they were helping my nails as well. I did finish the bottle, but I do wish I had done a better trial run on them as I was not very consistent and would miss days of taking them. They come in a white oval pill form and are a little on the larger size, but I'm used to taking all size of vitamins, so it wasn't a problem for me. In my opinion I'd say they're sure worth a shot!

I have been having trouble with my joints as I am on my feet all day and my knees give me trouble some days. I have been taking supplements to help build my joints back and they are all together in this supplement - so I am able to save money and space getting this rather than having a bunch of supplements in my vitamin drawer. Very convenient.

It's easy to swollow and has no after taste. It is great that it has all the vitamins and minerals in one pill. The hair and nail vitamin is a plus. It meets all my needs.
