I was initially attracted to the rugged look of this watch. It has a lot of great features but that doesn’t mean too much when the step counter doesn’t work. I did all of the troubleshooting and still doesn’t work. Very disappointing especially since I cannot return it since I purchased it a couple of months ago. Avoid this watch!Update! After restarting the watch numerous times and clearing it numerous times, in the name of fairness, it’s working again. If it keeps working I’ll be happy.

The media could not be loaded. This is a man's watch clearly aimed at a "tactical" user and is heavy duty. It is not for someone with a small wrist or who would object to its weight. It is a very strong and durable watch and that goes with the territory. I love it, and it can take the beating I give it - I have killed or terribly damaged other watches including Apple. I have been using it while exercising and working and there isn't a mark on it. Awesome!It operates just as it should, with perfect control of the music on my iPhone, messages, and phone calls. To be honest, this is how Apple should work. Very clear and simple display that is legible even when in motion while exercising. The clarity of the display is amazing, and really makes a difference here.I really love the app - I use it for exercise and health monitoring. It does all the basic stuff very well, as I expected but the really nice part is that it is well integrated into the app which makes it easy to get useful info from it easily. It seems that with Apple I am flipping between different forms of exercise and health info items but this one is well organized and easy to get a good picture of how well I am doing. Also, there is a great map function built into it so you can track your path and even things like elevation change! Wow!The setup could not be easier! Just use the QR code, get the app and just hit a few items! Very simple and clear-cut.But the best part to me are its very cool watch faces! I am posting the two I use all the time - one with concise info for exercising, and the other very cool "chronometer" face that has incredible animation to it! It really looks as though you are looking into the inner workings of a mechanical watch!I love this watch, and highly recommend it!!

I have gone through quite a few watches over the past several years and this one checks off pretty much everything on what I want in a watch. The band feels great and the watch feels and looks great. Connecting to the app was easy. The tracking and measurements are all fairly accurate. Even the Blood pressure measurement is closer to what my blood pressure actually is. Even tho the BP is never completely accurate on any watch, I like to see if my BP starts trending higher. This watch was pretty close to what I got on my cuff monitor. You can also easily adjust the the order and which info tiles are displayed when swiping. Also easy to clear notifications. The sound quality and clarity was very good. Everything looks and works great. The deal breaker for me is the auto display - on feature when raising your arm to look at the watch. It is not easily activated and when it is, it takes almost 2 seconds for the display to turn on. The response time to turn on should be less than 1 second, when you have to hold your hand up for 2 seconds, it feels like an eternity waiting for the display to turn on. Then you are not even sure if it even will turn on since it is so finicky when raising your arm. The best I could do was to quickly snap my arm up and wait 2 seconds to see if it worked. Even shaking my wrist did not activate the screen. I really wanted to love this watch, but this one flaw makes it unusable for me. If I could I would return it and remove it from my Vine account. Even tho I would return it, it still gets 4 stars because everything else is great.

I absolutely loved the watch just not sure what happened to break it with the strength that’s advertised. Also i seems very hard to get in contact if the manufacturer. The price was right I just can’t figure out how to get in contact with manufacturer to find out about a warranty bcs packaging and paperwork doesn’t say

I'm not super crazy about the app, but even worse, the watch keeps malfunctioning. While it tells time and counts steps most days - the watch will not respond to the silver dial, has issues with the touch screen, and won't sync with my phone. Also, the watch will just randomly start changing screens and buzzing for no reason. This is 2nd watch as a few months after I bought my watch the company had to replace it for the same issues. And now it happened again and I've reached out 3 times with no response.

let me start by saying i love this watch. however one of the pins in the band is bad and keeps coming out. the company has no contact info to replace the bands only new purchase. amazon just wanted to replace the watch. that seemed crazy. i believe the company should step in and help....no phone or email ava. to save the time and trouble i just purchased new bands
