This is very well made! Directions were easy to follow and we had it up in no time. This is out by our pool, we use it to store floats, towels, sunblock etc....... It's a luxury to not have to schlep towels out to the pool. They stay stacked and dry, ready to use. Worth every penny!!!!

I searched high and low for something to hold our pool towels. Not many great options out there. I really like my towel valet. We have had issues with it blowing over during a strong thunderstorm. We now have it between 2 chairs with wheels locked and so far that has been fine. The only recommendation I have is that the zippers would be the double type - where you have a choice of opening from the top or bottom. Holds many towels and has a bottom area for storage or dirty towels.

One of our favorite summer purchases. We almost didn't buy this because we thought one shelf wouldn't be enough and the bottom basket seemed too large in comparison. But it's perfect. Plenty of towel space and they stay dry even when it rains as long as the sides are zipped. The bottom sometimes holds used towels and sometimes outdoor throw pillows. Great product.

Probably the best purchase I've made this year for around the pool. It definitely adds a touch of ease (and class) to have towels at the ready whenever friends might decide to drop by for a swim. The unit is sturdy and the cover is truly waterproof, so you can store things even during heavy rain and have them stay dry for when they're needed.

Nothing wrong with the product, but life changed and priorities had to shift. I had exactly one month to return. I can no longer use this item and can’t return it. It’s still in original box - never opened.

Exactly as expected. Works great near my hot tub. Waterproofed the canvas cover. Love the zipped open/closed option. Using it to enclose a towel warmer and storage for pool chemicals during the Winter months. Looking forward to using it for towel and robe access in the Summer.

Received this today and had it assembled in about an hour by myself. Instructions are great, parts are labeled nicely. Looks and works as advertised.

Everything was great until we went to put the material on and noticed that one of the tie backs were sewn together. When trying to pull it apart to tie around the pole it came apart. I tried to contact the company twice just asking for a replacement, but they never answered me. Horrible customer service, and disappointed that we spent this much money on a product for it not to be as it should be.
