This stuff is great! No weird taste or smell, and the pills are easy to swallow. I like that it has ashwagandha, fenugreek, maca blend, ginseng, black pepper and other good stuff. Plus, I haven't had any side effects at all. Definitely recommend giving this formula a try.I felt better after taking the two bottle course for 2 months, less stress and more focussed energy. These are very easy to swallow and very effective! Its All-In-1 formula is an excellent value for the money, especially compared to buying each supplement separately! Excellent product to improve the human body helps a lot with body pain and relieves it efficiently

I'm not a chemist, nor a health freak who spends time sampling different vitamins and stuff... frankly, that's a little ridiculous, although I do appreciate that someone is taking the time to tell me it's not going to kill me I suppose... What I can tell you about these is that I take them at night and my sleep does seem to really have improved. I sleep more sound, I don't wake up as much at all, and for some reason when I started taking these I noticed I no longer get up at night to go to the bathroom! I don't know if it was this that helped with that, but as soon as I started these I haven't woken up anywhere near as much... Drastic difference for me! Can't say that will happen for you, but it seems to be a nice surprise. Overall, these supplements do seem to provide some positive benefits!

First off, this bottle comes with multiple layers of tamper sealing so you know it hasn't been opened or messed with. Second, the pills themselves have an herbal smell, which sort of instills confidence; I don't want my herbal supplements to smell like artifical chemicals. The combination of Maca, Ashwagandha and Fenugreek is meant to improve health and reduce stress, and while I have not experienced any improvements personally, I think they are still beneficial to take. According to the labels, this is 3rd party tested, non GMO, and not tested on animals, which means you can rest assured knowing this is cruelty free and safe to take. Considering the fair price and the potential benefits, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to anyone looking for a supplement I'm this category.
