There is a reason for such a small amount.
Man I had to go back to college to remember the "you can only put 10 ml in a bottle with Anaerobic bacteria"a lol. I had forgotten all that a long time ago. There is that "smaller amount" in the bottles for a reason and your not getting ripped off as if they put anymore it would not have the same properties so basically it would not work.Once I realised there was a legitimate reason I could just shake my head in self embarrassment lol.Great product it does exactly what it says (I would argue it actually works better than what is claimed). I tried to remove a bolt after being installed for awhile and man I tell you it was ridiculous! lol

Works well
This is a nice big bottle of threadlock and with proper preparation of the screws and recieving threads with a degreaser like rubbing alcohol prior to threadlock application, it does produce a decent amount of locking.

Best thread locker out there
If I could give more stars I would. Great strong hold. DONT USE TOO MUCH!! I had to use a torch to remove a screw I used this on. Good price

Utility Drawer
Everyone should have these 2 in the drawer. Whenever I put together anything with metal on metal screws I use 242 (blue) for light duty applications. For something you will never want to disassemble use 271 (red). In a pinch you can still disassemble it. It just takes a little more work. I use 242 for things like bicycle pedals and 271 things like my garden hose rack.

Stronger than the sealed bearing it held in place.
I had my doubts whether it would hold a sealed bearing in a worn out rear wheel e bike magnesium spoke mag wheel. I prepped both surfaces with degreaser. Put a thin coat on sealed bearing and a thin coat on worn out race. It sat 24 hours. The next day I rode e-bike and started hearing crunching. The 680 held so good the sealed bearings themselves failed because axle had a slight bend. The crunch crunch was the ball bearings failing. The 680 held the outer bearing to worn out race until I applied heat 550F to remove it. I couldn’t hammer, push, or press out treated bearing remains no matter how hard I tried. There was a gap of about 1/16 inch that was filled. This stuff is literally stronger than steel. Highly recommended, especially if you’re needing to save $$ from buying the other brand.

Seems to work as well as the name brand blue thread lock I've used for decades
This is a great buy for blue thread lock. I was a bit hesitant at first but the price helped me to decide to take a chance. It seems to work just like and just as well as the name brand blue medium strong thread lock that "locks threads tight" that I've been using forever to keep chainsaws, motorcycles and other threaded fasteners that are subject to vibration together (until I want to take them apart). I've had no failures with this product yet and I got a lot more product for a lot less money.

For use on items you may want to be able to remove some day!
Holds well, and is easy to remove if necessary.
