The media could not be loaded. The item is heavy (alot heavier than anticipated). The winch seems to be of solid build, although I have not powered it on yet because it is missing parts, and you shouldnt operate a winch without tention on the cable.My shippment arrived on time but was missing the mounting bolts, and the pully hook. (that is required to get anywhere near the rated lift compacity).The control stock feels cheap (light and hallow) but really it is only 3 switches, so it doesnt much matter. However it does feel like if it hit the floor a few times it might very well crack. Definately a plastic case and not glass re-enforced nylon.I have contacted the seller and will update this with results of their actions. The correct action should be to rush out the missing parts overnight to me. We will see what they do.Edit: support wasn't really helpful asking for the order number and apart number twice after giving it to them multiple times.I ended up finding the missing parts, but only because I was packing it up to return it. The bolts and the pulley were wedged behind the cable spool requiring you to unspool all the cable and to pry out the pulley from behind the coil cylinder. This was like trying to do one of those wire puzzle games where you have to giggle and move them in just the right way to slip by.Please just put them in the bag or tape them to the outside of the winch. Would have saved a lot of frustration and head aches.It does however work quite nicely. My ATV only ways a little over 500lbs and this winch lifts it effortlessly.I'd give it a 5 star if it wasn't for the horrible and clueless customer support.
