Taste isn’t terrible and I see improved sleep!

This powder is good for those who can’t swallow pills well. My teen daughters take it before bed but have to dilute it more than the directions say due to the strong flavor. It helps with several things, which I apparently can’t say since I’ve had to rewrite this review twice. My girls are asking me to get more since it is almost finished, so I guess the benefits outweigh the taste.

This is a pretty good magnesium drink, helps with relaxation. It's a pretty strong orange flavor, sweet and a bit fizzy. It does have that artificial sweet flavor, which is OK, but does take some getting used to. It mixes good in water but is best if consumed quickly to avoid settling. I like that it seems to have the effect of getting things moving, but not alarmingly so, and it definitely calms me down quickly. I always prefer powder magnesium supplements, and this one is a good one for sure.

I love magnesium, it's the only thing I've taken that actually helps with restlessness and stress. I was really excited to try this brand, as it was highly recommended. I dont ever write reviews but...Dude, my disappointment when I get the container open and there's seriously only half the product in this tall skinny bottle.It's actually such a waste of a container, just make it smaller? or better yet, just fill the thing? Honestly, I just ended up storing it in a mason jar because having to reach in and get powder all over my hands was so annoying. Absolutely ironic that this is a stress-relieving product. Oh, and no scooper provided.I'm not sure I'll be buying this again, it feels like a dishonest move which I didn't expect coming from Kal.Also this product isn't eligible for a refund, so maybe steer clear.Tastes good!
