One of the bits we're missing so had to send back. Disappointed

So, I recently grabbed the Zactly Exclusive 3 in 1 Smoking Set, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a solid addition to my collection. I’ve been looking for something compact and portable that doesn’t compromise on quality, and this set hit the mark.First off, the size is perfect. At just 6 inches, it’s small enough to take on the go but still packs a punch. The glass bong is sturdy and clear, no weird flavours or smells like I’ve had with cheaper ones in the past. The metal pipe is a nice touch – and bonus, you can fully dismantle it for cleaning, which is an absolute must for me. Cleaning can be a hassle, but with this set, it’s easy as pie.The steel mesh filters are also handy, and they work for both the glass bong and the metal pipe. It’s a simple design, but really effective in giving smooth, clean hits. The fact that it all comes in a neat, gift-worthy box is a bonus, making it perfect if you’re looking for something presentable.The only slight downside is the size – while it’s portable, if you’re after something that gives big hits, you might want to look elsewhere. But for casual use, it’s ideal.I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who wants a practical, easy-to-use kit without the fuss.

initially I loved these mainly the bong I've used the most. though now there is a weird after taste and i don't know why. is it the coloured material kn the glass? this has put me off using it cause I'm unsure what I am bruning that is causing this taste.I also burned my mustache and hair. you have to suck before you light the herbs so the fire goes straight there otherwise fire rises up towards your face. but if you suck then light it up then the air pulling will pull the fire down towards the herb.

Sharp around the top

This glass bong comes well presented in a card box. Inside it is protected by bubble wrap. Also in the box are a separately packaged metal pipe and a pack of pipe screens. The bowl is small and metal with a dinky spiral handle but there is no glass alternative included so the product doesn't quite match the pictures on the listing.The rainbow effect on the glass and the skull design make the bong very decorative, though on close inspection there's an obvious seam so the finish is a little rough. The glass feels solid enough and performance is fine, my preference is for larger bongs generally and the size of this one makes it tricky to clean so I'm mainly using it for display purposes, I have a variety of skull-shaped items on display and this fits in very well. The pipe again is a bit small but is even more portable so it's a nice extra.Overall I am happy with this hookah. It doesn't really have a premium feel and for practical use I would have preferred the design pictured in the listing but have still rated with four stars as I do prefer the metal bowl and spiral handle on a purely visual basis.
