It's the first time I've tried any sort of super greens powder
Prompt delivery, I mixed with fruit and aloe vera juice and the taste was okay. It's the first time I've tried any sort of super greens powder, so I'll see how it goes

Health Warning
I just wanted a way to get my greens...Or so I thought. You see, knowing little about this 'super greens powder'; I could use it together with my juicing regime to increase my vitamins and nutrient intake. I mixed just one single 5g scoop (scoop included in the bag) in a glass of water every morning for three consecutive days...And then BANG! One hour after on the third day I felt a rapid intense washing machine and discomfort in my stomach and bowels, a feeling like I had thistles in my belly, then putrid burps tasting and smelling of dirty old pond water, and minor asthma symptoms. What followed was combined projectile vomitting & projectile diarrhea alternating. When I wasn't doing this, I was burping rancid gas, and farting the same, with intense pain in my stomach which increased every day. On day two of sickness I was staggering around, dizzy & disoriented, sometimes worrying I might collapse. I was slurring speech, and having difficulty making normally simple decisions - These simptoms seemed to come on about 45 minutes before projectile poop and vomitting bouts, once my system had expelled those symptoms returned to normal again. This whole cycle continued day after day for a whole week, I thought it would only be a 24hour bug or something but hell no. All through this my HR was normal, my BP normal, by Body Temp Normal. I have honestly never felt anything like it, and it has totally utterly turned me away from powdered greens.I have obviously now done more research on this super greens powder, it's ingredients, and how they might affect you. I learned that Chlorella can have serious adverse effects on people - it is blue-green algae harvested from freshwater, yes you heard that right, blue-green algae...The same that is infesting local lakes and ponds in the summer heatwaves, highly toxic, neurotoxic, potentially fatal, potentially a contributor to ALS, maybe a damaging substance to people with brain injury, alzheimer's, parkinson's and so on, and also being used and researched as a neurological biowarfare weapon by most major nations. Google BMAA, Guam, Neurodegenerative Disease, Cyanobacteria, Lytico-bodig disease. You will see just how toxic blue-green algae can become, and I believe the Chlorella in the super greens affected me, just as it has done to countless others if you google search negative reviews on Chlorella or Super Greens Powders.I am unaware of any test to measure blue-green algae toxic levels in our system, but I hope there is a test made available soon to allow us to more accurately find out if it is true about Chlorella, it is supposedly processed in a way which prevents the algae from blooming/reproducing in our bodies by a process called - 'Cell Wall Fracturing' or 'Broken Cell Wall', but I have a feeling it is not always a successful process creating still-live algae which then sometimes bloom once consumed, just like when your dog gets sick after swimming in lakes from the toxic blue green algae.Interestingly, if you wish to stop an algae bloom in your body, there is no official medical cure or treatment. However, if you research how aquarium owners stop algae blooms, they recommend using Vinegar or Salt Water, I drank a couple of glasses salt water for a few days and i felt it shock the alagal bloom in my gut and cause it to cease. I believe this is the way to kill off freshwater algae, introduce it to saltwater.I am hoping I will recover completely, but I am still not ok. I feel as though the sickness is almost gone, I am still getting intemittent moments of minor loss of balance/confusion. I would warn against anyone with neuro problems from consuming this product due to cyanobacteria/BMAA toxic effects, and ask for better research on consumption effects of Blue-Green algae, it's manufacturing process, origins, agae sub species type, so much to do.I fully expect the supplement industry to deny any problems, but the statistics are clearly emerging. Even today 'Dietary supplements causing severe liver injuries in Australians, with some requiring transplants, study shows' is a published article by a reputable media provider. So tread with caution, and don't fall for the neo-hippy green movement marketing spin, do your own research. I am just going to keep trying my best to recover, and I hope it is a full 100% recovery. Good Luck everybody, I wish you safety & good health.
