I previously had a sensor bin from another brand, but thanks to my dog using it as his doorbell when looking out to pee, it had suffered a lot of abuse and was a bit tired looking. After reading reviews online and checking measurements (as the bin sits in a small corner at the back door), I decided to buy this one.The sensor is a bit less sensitive than my previous bin, and is located at the front of the lid (was previously on top), which means that the battery lasts really well, it looks good and is easy to wipe down.

Great bin, perfect size, quite easy to replace bin bags. Only critic would be that when the sensor automatically opens the lid it doesn't stay open for long enough but you can easily push it up manually to keep it up. Would recommend.

Feels sturdy enough and works perfectly with no damage or marks when arrived. The only thing I'd prefer was a function to be able to hold the lid open for longer as standing in front of it doesn't always work (like when emptying a large amount of peelings or scraping plates, the lid usually shuts on me. Not too much of an issue). It looks nice in black and not cheap or nasty. Not too noisy either. Easy to change bags too.

Bought this bin. Looked good but sensor lid did not work. Contacted supplier. Followed advice to rectify this but still failed to operate. New lid was despatched but it stopped operating after a few weeks. Not worth the money.

I’m a bit of a germ-phobe and hate touching bins. I used to open my old one with my foot or have to wash my hands every time I touched it. Not anymore! It’s honestly been a quality of life upgrade for me! Sensor is responsive and it’s so easy and convenient to operate. The body does feel like it would get dented if it took a bit of a knock so something to be aware of. Also sometimes it can be difficult to get the bin bag out as the suction holds it in! But overall I’m so pleased with it and wish I’d bought years ago!
